Terms of service

These are the working terms for HealthDetective.ai, written plainly for an early-stage service. By using the product you agree to them.

What the service is

HealthDetective.ai synthesizes the medical records you upload into educational material: working hypotheses, timelines, referenced literature, and questions to discuss with your physicians. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnoses, treatment, or medical advice — see the medical disclaimer, which is part of these terms.

Your responsibilities

• Upload only records that are yours, or that you are authorized to use.
• Remove identifying details before uploading, as the product asks you to.
• Review any output with a qualified clinician before acting on it.

Purchases and refunds

The Case Deep-Dive is a one-time purchase covering one case. A case stays re-runnable for 30 days from purchase, up to 15 runs, so you can add a forgotten document or a new result; after that it archives — still viewable, no longer re-runnable. It carries a 30-day money-back guarantee: if the report does not help, tell us within 30 days and we refund the full amount. The 3-Case Pack is three such cases, valid for 12 months, each with its own 30-day window starting when you open it. There is no subscription.

Service status

HealthDetective.ai is an early-access service. We aim for availability and correctness but provide the service “as is”, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
